The Number of street dogs have really increased in Vijaya Layout, Arekere. It becomes too much of problem especially during nights as we have to travel back home at mid night. They chase you seeing alone. If they happen to be in group or 3 - 4 they get more aggresive and might bite you. Really something need to be done by goverment to stop increase of street dogs. This issue is common for most of the street in metro & non-metro. I request the goverment to take some measure to solve this issue.

This is to inform you that some dogs are creating much problem in our area.
There are around 4 - 5 dogs that are bothering us everytime during walking and whenever we are around our street.These dogs are found troubling people walking through our street . They always bark, not only bark but creat noise during fighting amongst themselves and disturb us at night ,and some of them has started biting the people .
We request you to kindly send the dog catchers to take these dogs away from our street.

My name is Gilman Patel. Residing at 2/306- SKaveri Society, Tape Village, Dada Bhai Cross Road No. 1, Andheri(W) Mumbai 400 058.

I would like to bring your kind attention on the problem being faced by residents of Tape Village as a whole. Sir there are numerous street dogs in this vicinity. They bark even on permanent residents of this area. I have seen and faced this situation where these dogs barks on us and come closer to bite, several person have faced the same problem especially small children & senior citizens. I personally had succumed to an injury in my leg as I moved a step back when one such such dog was trying to jump on to me. While I moved a step backwards, there was a stone kept there as a result of which I slipped and the ankle of one of my legs twisted. Especially at night these dogs just come running behind you in a group and are almost about to bite.

So this is my humble request to you to please pay attention on my letter and send Dog catcher team immediately in this area so that we can get rid of this problem soon.

Sir there are numerous street dogs in this vicinity i.e. Building 7, 8, 9 & 10. They bark even on permanent residents of this area. I have seen and faced this situation where these dogs barks on us and come closer to bite. Especially at night these dogs just come running behind you in a group and are almost about to bite.

So this is my humble request to you to please pay attention on my letter and send Dog catcher team immediately in this area so that we can get rid of this problem soon.

Sir, there are mad street dogs in this locality because of them its very difficult to take step out from our houses specially at night.I come late night from my office and I have seen and faced this situation where these dogs barks on us and they come closer to the motor bike rider to bite them. Sometime biker lose their consideration from the road which become a cause of serious casualties.Generally, these dogs you can see lying on the roads and they make their victim all the person who pass from them.I have fallen on the bike two times as well. so this is my humble request to you to please pay attention on my letter and send immediately Dog catcher team in this area so that we will get rid of this problem soon.

Street Dog Complaint — please send dog squad to catch street dogs

Respected Sir/Mam,

I'm a resident of sarita vihar,F -pocket,.there are around 8 to 10 stray dogs in our locality.these dogs bark and follow anybody and everybody in day and night, they bark continuously like hell for several hours anytime especially at night,which is very disturbing when it comes to our sleep.It has really become difficult to walk in the street.These dogs have created lot of troubles for the residents by dirtying the stairs and scaring small children's. Since these are stray dogs, they might be carrying diseases.they have created a hell lot of problems for everybody in our pocket.

I request the MCD / responsible department to kindly send a Dog catching squad and help the society residents.

Hi,
I am an resident of Mira road. which is in Mumbai. My complain is against these 20-25 street dogs. The whole society is irritated because of these stray dogs. They keep on barking the whole night...And that too they bark by forming a group. The area kids are also scared to play in the garden section which is behind my building. I would a[appreciate if you could take a strict action and send dog squads to take them away.
Please take some action as soon as possible, because living here is getting impossible.
