Sir,

I stay at Balanagar near Mandal office and eSeva office. Their are few people in our area who work for MNC Companies in night shifts. While we returning from office in the early mornings a dozens of Street Dogs chase us once we enter the lane opposite to Shobhana Commercial Complex(Opp to Anand Bhavan Tiffin Center) which goes to the Mandal office and eSeva office Balanagar. This creates a panic situation for us to safely return home in early mornings. Their are some situations where some people are being badly bitten by these dogs. I as a citizen wants to request GHMC concerned officer to take necessary steps in order to take away these street dogs which are dangerous for all the locality people not only in night but in day also.

Stray Dogs

I live in Sainik Vihar Area Delhi-34, near Rani Bagh, the problem of stray dogs is so rampant here that passing through the streets have became a menance the dogs move in a group of 4-5 dogs in this area and they bark and try to attack at the people moving on the road and the situation is more worse during the hours 9p.m-6.00 am as in some areas the street lights are not working . Every time the people are on roads there is always a fear of dog bite. The dogs have bit around 4-5 children in past few days. Why do we let the dogs roam on the streets.

We will request you to to help us and catch street dogs from SAINIK VIHAR Area as they have made it miserable for us to move in streets.

There are so many street dogs in our locality that it’s very difficult to take step out from houses in night. This is not only a problem with me all the people who come late from office in night have to face these Dogs.

Street Dogs — Street dogs - A menace!

Am a resident of Rustam Baugh Layout behind Manipal Hospital. Today morning I was bitten by a street dog while walking. Came to know from people out there that it's a menace and had attacked many. No choice, have to rush to ‘Manipal’ for an anti-rabies treatment.

FYI….I have already raised this issue with CUPA to handle these street dogs as this could happen to my kids or anybody out there. Am scared now especially with kids going to school.

Request respective authorities to take this issue seriously and do something about this once for all.

I live in DG III, Flat no 47, Vikaspuri, New Delhi-110018. The number of street dogs in our locality ( DG -III) are increasing day by day. Not only do they bite the passerbys, but have also started giving litters which is resulting in an increase in the number.

PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER URGENTLY AND PLEASE GET THE DOGS CAUGHT ASAP.

We are leaving in C-8, Sector 8 Rohini. There are many street dogs. One of lady is of Menaka Gandhi's group. She is giving feeds & taking care and make a shelter for them at children's park. Because of this the dogs always move in this area. Children could not move/play freely. Please take care of the area.

I would like to bring your kind attention towards the panick street dogs have created in B BLOCK, SECTOR-1 ROHINI, AVANTIKA There are 2-3 mad street dogs in this locality because of them it’s very difficult to take step out from our houses. They even board the stair case and enter into homes. They have so many times bitten the kids. Poor kids cann't play or do cycling in the streets.

I am residing Flat No. 353, Sector – IV, Type – II, Timar Pur, Near Police Station, Delhi – 110 054. My house is just in front of park. There are some 12-15 stary dogs in our locality who gathered in that park and bark. They made the life misrable for the residents and the dogs are becoming a threat to all passersby. Already some people are bitten by them.

They cause a lot of disturbance all day long and night... All dogs bark simultaneously at night. Due to their noise no one can sleep. The worst part is they are increasing in number day by day.

Please help us all avoid such things. Do immediately arrange to send a team of dog catchers in our area.

Street Dogs — Street dog problem in Audugodi, Bangalore area.

Dear Sir,

Sub - Request to BBMP to remove street dog from Adugodi area, Bangalore.

I am staying in this area of Adugodi since past 2 years now. Specifically in the street near my owner's building the street dogs are very notorious.
My address is Sri Rama Nilaya, #6/1 Anjeneya temple street, Adugodi - 560030.
The street dogs are very dangerous here. Because of them I cannot come late from office. After 10pm they become very aggressive and start barking or chase any one walking on the street. At night also, so 5-10 dogs would start barking simultaneously and make lot of noise for no apparent reason.

I would request your department to take some action and take these street dogs away from here. I would be really obliged if you can take some time from your schedule to look into this matter also.

At the back sie of DDU Hospital, Hari Nagar Ghantaghar in B- block number of dogs has increased recently and one or two of these have bitten some people in just last two or three days including my pregnant wife. Situation is very serious. I REQUEST TO PLEASE TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION before situation goes out of control.

Since the past few months the people in our locality have been really troubled because of some stray dogs which keep on barking through out the night and causing trouble to the residents.
I request the corporation to please send a dof van & pick up the stray dogs as soon as possible.

I am a resident of G.N. Chetty Street, Mylapore, Chennai - 4. Stray dogs in and around my streets are causing big nuisance to us especially during late hours. Chasing us even when riding bike without noise (defuser or tampered silencer) with intention of biting and causing harm to us. Not sure of its motive. Please remove them and ensure us a safe life.

I am a resident of Vasai (W) Vishal Nargar area. We all in the area are very much troubled by the street dogs, we nearly within the area have 10-15 dogs which barks & yell all together like any thing in mid night. Nobody could enter the area in the night time as they start barking n also running behind the bikers which is really so scary.
we request to please arrange to relocate such street dogs who is a nucience to the society and creat a trouble to all.
