I am Priyanka Grover, a student in NIFT Bangalore. This is a complaint regarding a debited amount through my account. The following is the gist of my grievance.
1. I had transacted in GK Vale, Frazer Town Branch on 11th December, 2008 around 9.00 pm – MID: [protected]
2. My attempt o[censored]sing my SBM ATM card resulted in an unsuccessful attempts twice – for Rs. 8550.00 – my Card Number is :[protected]
3. I was surprised to find a debit in my SBM Account for Rs. 8550/- when I checked later on 16th December 08. A copy of the statement is enclosed.
4. The card was swapped through Axis Bank's transaction machine at GK Vale Frazer Town .
5. I contacted Mr. Suresh at the accounts department of GK Vale, and was informed that they have not received any such payment credited in their Axis bank account. The entire day's transaction sheet dated 11th December of GK Vale is enclosed.
It is requested that the same may be looked into and arrange to refund the amount to me for no fault of mine. It is a system lapse and the same needs to be addressed ASAP.
