Dear SIR/Madam

I am daily runner of Central Railway.live in Badlapur.
1]. we are facing a problem in badlapur station only two ticket counters are open for serving the tickiets to People.As you seen the population in Badlapur its bigger line stand on only two counters even in Morning & evening also So kindly please take Action on this to Help Railway Passenger.

2]. I want to know "if i want to recharge my indian railway smart card maximum how much amount i can recharge.Because
"I want to take Badlapur to Andheri First Class Pass for Quarterly Amount Rs.2580"

Respected Sir / Madam,

I have lost my quarterly 1st class railway pass from Thakurli to V.T. on 8th November, 2009 while travelling from Dombivali to Mulund along with my Railway I-Card. The pass was issued on 29th November, 2009.

Please help.
