Subhiksha mobile in Sacret Heart Town,Wanwadi,Pune sold me a Preactivated SIM card which was under barring process.Further Even though I submitted documents in time they have not forwarded documents to Air Tel and today after 1 month by SIM card is of no use as the number is deleted.
It was a prepaid number and I have around 2800 Rs balance apart from a recurrring credit of Rs 170 to be given to me every month under the scheme.
I am really left high and dry and eneded up spending lot of my time following up with Subhikhs Mobile.
It is really shcoking to see this kind of customer service provided by them.
Apart from submitting this complaint on this site, I am also going to approach consumer court to initiate necessary action.
