[Resolved]  Sugam Gas services - Konanakunte, Bangalore — Worst service of HP dealer - sugam Gas services

Hi this is Adarsh,

I am fed up with sugam enterprises service, Please if possible change my dealer or change it to Indane company/

I booked cylinder on 3rd of Sep 2007. Today is 8th of October 2007 more than 35 days still i have not received filled cylinder.This is the worst service i have ever seen.Is HP is Customer oriented company or profit oriented company, why there is not action taken against HP dealer ie., sugam enterprises after placing so many complaints against him by so many customers. This is 3rd complaint which i am placing against him.But no action taken against him.
Please can you take any action.Can you provide justice, i am verymuch desiring now to give statement in paper itself through one of my friend ie., he is a journalist.

I am working in HP ( Hewlett Packard) for people like professional itself they are playing games means what about uneducated people and poor people that they cant spend amount for food in hotels?

Please take action, give justice to me

Sure what he is telling is right
I have been to Sugam Gas Service, we have booked the gas it was promised on Monday delivery - till date not received.

Most of the time - they are keeping phones engaged - I have taken photos that handset are kept a side to keep phone busy and avoid incoming call and booking.

This agency should be dismissed and appoint new HP dealer for Konankute itself.

ACTION SHOULD BE TAKEN HP IS WORST IN CONSUMER RELATIONS SOME OF THEIR DISTRI. FORCE TO TAKE DOUBLE DIAMOND TEA COMPULSARY OTHERWISE THEY WILL NOT PROVIDE CYLINDER
I SUFFERED FROM SUCH INCIDENCE MY COMPLAINT NO ON HP WEB SITE IS 07006300 TILL DATE NO BODY ANSWERED AND WHEN I WENT TO HP WEB SITE TO TRACK THE COMPLAINT IT SAYS INVALID COMPLAINT NO OR E MAIL. I WONDERED HOW THIS COMPANY IS DOING GOOD IN STOCK MARKET OR WHY PEOPLES ARE SUPPORTING THEM. SOME ACTION SHOULD BE TAKEN REGARDING THIS

I have booked for new connection, and i already have a stove. He charged Rs:125*3= 375, for some documentation. When i questioned and told him its only Rs 25 as per HP website, he agreed and forced me to purchase Stove.
As per the rules if already i have stove, then Rs:150 would be charged for inspection and its not required to purchase stove. But when i told this he refused to give connection. Also he charged Rs 1851 for stove where as on the dealer board it displayed only Rs.1500. Their are only complaints but no action taken regarding these people. Please let me know where should i follow up.

Following are the charges as per HP.

Fixed Cost: Refundable Deposit for Two Cylinders @ Rs. 1250/- each = Rs. 2, 500/-
Refundable Deposit for One Regulator @ Rs. 150/- = Rs. 150/-
Cost of Domestic Gas consumer card = Rs. 25/-
Cost of Two Refills - Present price according to your area as applicable.
Cost of hotplate/stove and Suraksha Hose (rubber tube) will be extra.

Following additional charges are applicable towards Installation/Inspection charges:

* Installation charges for new connection = Rs. 25/-
* Inspection of Hot Plate at the time of release of New connection at customer premises = Rs. 150/-
Hi this is Archana Bakshi wife of sudhir Bakshi consumer no 614978 who is expired on 15/2/2014 I m finding it very difficult to transfer the name to me and change the address to indiranagar as I have shifted to my sons place after my husband death .i have submitted all the documents long back but the lady staff there are very rude don't want to work can anyone help me to get my work done
Yes I also facing Same issues, after booking done delivery will be taking 15 days time, delivery person also not giving re spect to the customer, no flexibility
