This is in reference to your complaint/grievance regarding Su-Kam and its products. The modus and manner in which the same has been done is neither correct not appropriate. Without prejudice to its rights and contentions, Su-Kam had requested your good self to provide the necessary details and information to substantiate your claim/complaint so that the best possible assistance is provided to your goodself from Su-Kam. Despite of the same till time you have not been able to provide the same to back up your complaint/grievance. Your non co - operation will leave us with no option but to consider your complaint/grievance as false, motivated and exaggerated. Your goodself must be aware that any information/claim, which is wrong and motivated, is published on the net for public viewing and which could not be substantiated with proper documents and information causes serious damages to the reputation and goodwill of the company and also maligns and defame the overall image of the company, its officials and its products. All this besides being civil wrong may even amount to criminal offense and in those cases the company has every right to institute appropriate legal proceedings against that wrong doer. We hereby finally request you to provide all the information, documents and details pertaining to your complaint/grievance within the reasonable period. Needless to say that in case the required information/details/documents are not being provided, your so called complaint/grievance is nothing but false, motivated and malafide.

the FUSION 3.5KVA invertor installed at my Residence in Mandi Dhanaura, GAJRAULA has not been working since yesterday, the complaint no. given to me by your TOLL FREE centre is :[protected], pl attend it immediately as the entire house is out of electricity since yesterday.
I request you to please take back this setup of SUKAM, (it was only on yr advice that i took SUKAM but actually it is NOKAM) as they have a horrible set of approach to attend the complaints of INVERTORS, when every body knows that the invertors are purchased as they have a light problem. I shall be ready to take any other make which promises complaint rectification within 24 hrs after complaints are lodged, as it is we have suffered a lot,
Or if you sugest we can take them to consumer court as this is the 4th time within a span of 4 months that the product has developed a snag, and it takes them days to acknowledge the complaint, the service centre at Merrutt very coolly say that they shall only send the service engineer on saturday, and giave us the engineers number, surprisingly it is wrong number, theperson who picked up the phone said that he is not authorised to attend the complaint at the address and some one else is looking after this area.
brother i am fedup of their after sales service, I am getting the entire setup dismantled and sending it to you for your replacement with another company.
I sent a email to SUKAM people in the morning today but they have not replied to the same till now.
Today I am told that by the Meerutt center that the complaints shall be attended by Bareilly center and Mr.Apurva of Bareilly centre says that since the complaint has been recd today it shall be attended only by monday,
CAN ANYONE EVER DREAM OF GOING WITHOUT POWER FOR 6 DAYS
THEY HAVE A VERY LACKADAISICAL APPROACH TOWARDS CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS
THEY SHOULD STOP ALL OPERATIONS IN AREAS WHERE THEY CANNOT PROVIDE SERVICE WITHIN 24 HRS
