Dear Sir / Madam,


We have started CUG service with your esteemed concern from 1st of October for 25lines expecting valid support and co-operation from your end.

But the signal and clarity in communication are very poor and not meeting out our requirements. As the same has been intimated to you earlier, we would like you to commit us by return the date of rectification for the same.

If this signal problem continues means we will deactivate all our CUG Lines immediately.( Signal Problem Location details given below)

Location I (HO) : #6 Readymade Garment Complex, SIDCO Industrial Estate, Guindy,Ch-32.
Location II (Factory): #AC22B, SIDCO Industrial Estate, Thirumudivakkam, Ch-44.
