Dear Sir,
My name is Prashant Suryakant Chavan and I had worked with a company Surbhi Development Pvt Ltd behalf of ICICI Bank since 01st Aug 2007 to 31 Sept 2008 and I had submitted the PF form in the month of Feb-2011 at the below address:
Surbhi Development Pvt Ltd, RAHEJA.CENTER FLAT NO.802/8 NARIMAN POINT MUMBAI 400021.
I had submitted all my documents to Ms. Suchita (back office Staff). When I called her, she confirm with me company is close down and your form is under process and call me after one month. When I called her a month later she inform me your frm in west Bangal and do not know about the further process call to Mr. Arif same. Again I started to following up with Arif but of no use. I have not yet received my PF number my Experience latter too.
Please take immediate action and release my provident fund & also provide me my experience latter. Was this information helpful? |
