Hi, I wish to point out the horrible experience I had attending an interview at sutherland office in velachery , chennai . I had to wait for a long time as they had "shortage of manpower[recruiters] " - [as i was told].
The receptionists were good in guiding me "go left then 3rd right, then 2nd cabin/ 3rd cabin /4 th cabin...on your right/left..." . A walk upto that cabin wud show u many recruiters[ esp girls]..chit chatting or with their mobile on personal calls. Some better ones were away from their seats.
Then after some time a soft sklills trainer took an assesment. A small talk and then the scores were told. Shocking to see was everybody got 3/10 in each of the parameters of soft skills. Freshers got 3/10 while tenured candidates also got 3/10.....[ 3 should be a lucky number there..].
Next was a Ops round ...but strange to find the recruiter missing from her seat for a long time. She was called on her mobile and response was".. I'll be there in just 2 minutes..." Candidates from Avadi, washermenpet etc were waiting for this recruiter but she was unmindful of any...Does the word Accountability exist there....
Next was a convincing attempt by the front officers asking us to come tomorrow morning/ tomorrow afternoon/ after 2 days...
