[Resolved]  Sutherland Global Services — INHUMANE Treatment

I have a friend of mine who is on training since July 15 under this company. Here are the perks they will receive during their training, free use of dorm for three months, free 2 meals (oftentimes they only have meat no vegetables) everyday except Saturday and Sunday. Those are the only things that they are enjoying in this company. And these are the negative things they are encountering while on training and I hope that's only on training. Imagine since July 15 until now (almost 3 months), they haven't received their salary or even a small amount of allowance. If they didn't pass their training, good thing you might be transferred to another account but you don't know how long you will wait for the new account and of course the salary will move too... You are not even allowed to look for another job because you signed a contract with a 25k bond. They have also a trainer that can speak foul languages like (F__k you and St--p-d) if you missed just one mandatory question. How can you motivate a trainee like that? What an unprofessional trainer indeed.

Oh that is really Inhumane. Did they get the appoinment letter or offer letter for the same then we can move to the court i then.
