Svaiza.com — Non refund of amount by svaiza.com

Dear sir, Svaiza.com, an online shopping website conducted a contest to win a high end sumsung mobile by paying just Rs.799 online. There were some questions to be answered and after that I made a payment of Rs.799 by using credit card on 11th Aug 2013 (svaiza Transaction Id :[protected]. But so far I had not received any status regarding results of contest or anything. Today i called svaiza customer care and I was asked to check website for contest results. I checked website and I have not won the contest and I asked to refund the amount of Rs.799. But they are not refunding my amount and they are telling me that amount has been credited to my svaiza.com account to go for purchase of product for that amount from their website.
