Svpcl Ipo — Non refund of the interest amount

I have received my refund after 6 months. I do not whether I will receive 15% interest after 6 years.
SVPCL have neglected the judgement of Hon'ble Supreme Court and their fixed assets should be
auctioned for payment of 15% interest & 15% liquidity. I do not really understand how SEBI authorities not taking any legal action against SVPCL as per the Hon'ble Supreme Court Order. Let us pray to the GOD that 15% interest will be paid after 6 years & 15% liquidity after 60 years.

I HAVE NOT REFUNDOF THE INTEREST AMOUNT OF39699 RS.

I have also invested the funds of Rs. 56, 250/- but I have not got the refunds for the Interest till the date after making several compalints.

my application no of IPO form is 1871945. amount Rs 5625.00/-, i have got the cheque of refund but i have not receive the delay payment interest cheque still now so plz inform me when will i get the interest amount of Rs 814/-.plz do need full as early as possible.

I have invested Rs45000/ in the ipo application of svpcl through my icici share trading account.
after a lot of follows ups i recieved the amount the amount refund of the status on 27/10/2008 with written cmmunication that the interest amount of Rs5839/ shall be paid by 31/10/2008" however despite repeated follows ups {both written and verbal} i still heaven't recieved the interest refund.
Please help and advice how should i take further.
