Recently i opted to purchase swatch watch through Online from Bagittoday link which is India Times group. I paid money through online and received the Swatch watch after 15 days. It worked only 2 days and i started requesting them to help me out for that they reverted me stating i need to go through google and search for service centers which i could not get and requested them to provide me the service centers in Hyderabad for that no revert either they are responding for the calls from last 10 days which is really making me to feel that being an recongised company they are cheating us. I wanted to take necessary actions which might help me and others to stop them to cheat us.
