Despite repeated objections the aforesaid agency has supplied indane gas cylinder with illegal/unauthorised/wrong/arbitory billing amounting Rs.417.10 p [scanned copy of ,a)cash memo no.6421 dt.27/06/2011 issued by the said SWATI INDANE GAS SERVICE,240,B.T.ROAD,KOLKATA-700036,tel.no.2578 1736/1745 along with scanned copy of, b)another bill issued by nearby agency FUEL CENTRE with billing amount of Rs.401.07p issued on the same date with voucher/cash memo no.21488 dt.27/06/2011].
This is absolutely illegal and I demand for urgent action/steps against such fraud and immediate return of my money without delay.
