I & my father stayed at Guest House Swisston Inn,Pahar Ganj ,New Delhi on 4/6/11
At the time of check in they give a room no 403 at the rate of 600 Rs & give us a receipt copy. That receipt copy includes 10% luxury Tax & 10% service tax. We paid them 400 Rs as advance. At the time of check out they give us another receipt copy which is totally different from the first receipt copy which they give us at the time of check in.Now They demanded again 10% service tax and 10% luxury tax and they guy who attend us in the receipt counter they are misbehaving. and at last they take 720 Rs.
The room which they give us was not properly cleaned. This guest house is faking customers and misbehaving & making profit by these means.
