This is Srivalli Manda from Lucky Health Foods Hyderabad, India. I had a very bad
experience with Synergy Cargo. I recently bought soya milk machine from China and they sent me the machine
to Hyderabad but the shipping agent in India named Synergy Cargo has quoted USD 500(Rs
25000) as their charges to clear the machine from them. I called, emailed my China company Tiangang contact
person Mr. Jacky Lee asking why the shipping agent in India is asking money again when I
paid full money till ICD Hyderabad as prepaid freight. There is no answer from him. Upon enquiry, came to know that the China company has a tie up with this Synergy Cargo to cheat Indian customers by chatrging exorbitant prices without first informing them. Initially when I asked for the cargo charges, the china company told that it is USD 63 but after the cargo arrived to India, they are charging USD 500 and if we don't pay the money, the damarrage charges keep mounting day by day and to avoid that people pay what ever they quote and release the cargo first.
Now, I have to pay extra USD 500 along with USD 1643.00 payment (including freight) made to China company and till I clear the machine, I have to pay the demarrage charges on daily basis also which is increasing day by day from past 15 days.
Can someone interfere and do the needful ?
I know that the shipping agent should charge Rs 2500 (USD 50) as DO charges and nothing else. So please get the extra Rs 22,500 (USD 450) cancelled from Synergy Cargo which is illegal and cheating.
