Hi,
last Diwali i purchased a Dell Desktop fro Systec Computers,Swargate fr Rs.27,000 the vista was already installed and i do ot have much knowledge of computers ...after 2 mths my system crashed and at that time whn i spoke to Dell customer service they informed me tht with the desktop Windows 7 licensed operating system is a part of accesory that i should have recd with my PC....whn i went and spoe to the dealer he was very rude he said tht they do not gve if i want i should get the system at their shop and they will install vista and gve me ....
Now if i have to buy windows 7 i have to pay overRs.4000...what these dealers do is they remove the licensed operating system and sell it as an accessory to customer ...pls help i have been cheated and dont knw wht to do Was this information helpful? |
