I bought a Desktop computer from Sys Tech on Nov 26 2010. When I started working on this PC, I was getting a number of Blue screens and the system used to reboot.
I searched for the error message on Google and Found that the message is due to faulty hardware. When I opened desktop to verify RAM, I found that I was provided RAM of two different manufactures.
Mr Bhojane, the proprietor of this shop has promised me that he`ll be providing DYNET RAMs, However he provided RAM which were of brand "KUK" (I never heard about this brand earlier). So the first problem with this shopkeeper which I experienced is HE DOESNOT PROVIDES WHAT HE MENTIONS IN QUOTATION.
I called up this guy and informed him about the problem and he asked me to come to his shop and take away the new RAM sticks. The second problem with this person is of SERVICE. I had to suffer and waste my TIME for this PERSON`s mistake. And believe me this was not the end. When I reached SYS TECH, I was provided RAM whose manufacturer was HYNIX.
When I complained that I want DYNET RAM, Mr Bhojane started shouting on me and his behavior was very cheap. He told me that he SELLS `HYNIX` as `DYNET` RAM and forced me to take those. When I asked him to return my money, I was asked to get lost. He was so furious that I got scared, if I would have talked more, I would have been slapped.
Finally I had no choice and I had to bring those RAM Sticks with me. When I installed those sticks in my desktop, none of them were working. HE PROVIDED ME DAMAGED RAM Sticks for the price of new. Now I have given up, I don`t have time to visit this silly shop again and again.
This is not the end, I doubt if the mother board provided to me is original because the box was not sealed. I was convinced that the board is sealed the way it was and it was my foolishness that I believed on him. Even the Manufactures telephone number which is mentioned on the BOX is fake.
I have wasted my hard earned money and I REGRET visiting this shop.
