3rd Dec 2010 : I made a Reservation @ Vivanta by Taj Hotels MG Road for 16th Dec - 1 NIght. Also I gave my card Gaurantee for the reservation.
On 4th Dec Morning my Credit Card was billed 15020/- as the Reservation was mistakenly done for 3rd Dec by the executive Ms.Christine Dcruz. So I can called up Hotel and since 4th Dec, I have sent about 10 emails to the Hotel Authorities and have been told that the reversal is taking time. Everytime it is the same answer on mail and phone. Though I have enough proof to block my card and raise an unauthorised transanction against the Hotel with my card company, I was waiting for their reply and reversal for 4 weeks. Now am frustrated as they keep telling the same. Inspite of a Reservation Mistake by the Executive, there is no response at any senior level from the Hotel for my emails and surprised that this is coming from Taj Group of Hotels.
