I totally agree with the above complaint.Initially they will tell client is very big..u'll get good salary. Once u commit they wont respond and they wont pay on time.
I suggest not to join in this consultancy.

I agree with you, I am also victim of this. They are not paying in time as well as they are eating Rs.10000/- on every month.

Guys why you people dont complain to consumer court with all your documents. Its very simple and fast process not like civil court.I suggest consumer forum is very fast in giving justice and you will get back your full amount with all interest charges.

Hi friends me also got a same problem with this consultancy...dont join to this consultancy and please dont join as a payroll to other MNC's...they are fraud in the job markets...

Talent Capital is a genuine place to go...I went through CTS training there ...They provided best oracle training.After completion of the training .They took assessment and upon clearing they send driectly to the company after 1 week..So I am thankful to them.

YES THIS IS A VERY VERY VERY VERY FRAUD COnsultancy the HR ANDONE MORE ACCOUNT IS VERY BIG FRAUDERS THEY WILL EAT THE PEOPLES MONEY .We are going to complaint againest these HR DEPT in Consumer COurt or where ever possibkle .

Can I have the something strong prove of proving of fradulent of Talent Capital india Pvt. Ltd. Those who are agreeing the fradulent they may be failed in BVG or a fake candidate.

They made me join their client and every month there is problem in salary.

ya i agree this h=these peoples are very very big frauds..

these are big fraud company . i was working in wipro on contract position . they said they will take first 2 months salary later they took 4 months salary . They will say tat increament will be there after 6 months but nothing like that . they giving only 5000 as salary but actual salary is 13500. main fraud is SHRUTHI ROY.
Still my friends suffering in WIPRO by working 13.5 hrs per day .

Mar 2011, I Recieved a Call For Interview On TCS Mumbai Location Project AP Moller and My Interview Was Conducted On PTI Delhi (TCS Office).After Some time they Told Me You Are Selected As A SAP FICO Consultant Position and You Have to Join On 18 Apr 2011 At TCS Mumbai kindly Send Us Yours all Document.So I Relieve My Previous Job and
Submmit My All Document Along With My Releving Latter, But Just Two Days Before I Recieved a call From the Talent Capital and they told me Your Project Will Be Start On 25 Ap 2011, Because The Implementation Team Is Not Able to hand Over the Project so It will be Start On 25 Ap 2011,
On 23 Apr 2011 I Received Onather Call From Talent Capital and Said to me that The Project Is On Hold Wait for anather Information From the Client Site.
Now All Number Of talent Capital which is they Provide me close and there is No Information.

I agree with CARBON. This company is a total fraud and liars. The promoter, Jayaprakash and his trusted croony J. Satheesh are the worst examples of human species.
I have had a very bad experience with their company and can vouch for whatever has been written.
Please do not accept employment on their payroll as life will be a living hell after you do so.
