[Resolved]  Tamilnadu bus transport — Conductor Harsh

Last saturday, I traveled from Coimbatore to Bhavani (bye pass stop). Before I get into the bus at coimbatore, most of the bus driver and conducter were very harsh, not to get into the bus untill all the seats are occupied by salem passengers (speaking like to animals in a harsh way). But in the bus (its written Avinashi, Perundurai, Bhavani bye pass, Salem... When i checked with some of the people, they told that they were facing the problem for a long time... and they got use to it...Request Transport corporation to take necessary actions on treating public on this way... and also how the conductors can decide to choose only salem people...

Conductor of the same bus not allowing me to enter into the bus, he is using harsh words & he is behaving like local roudy & scolding like anything. How these kind of people getting in the job in public service department.

I saw that conductor getting money from the Private Bus standinding in the same bus stand and he is not allowing the people to enter in to the goverment bus.

If these poeple are there in the service, then how the people will travel in the goverment bus.

Because of Like that conductor, Goverment buses running under loss.

I would sincerely request the government officials to take strict action against this conductor.

I am Sreekumaran Nair, My home town is Trivandrum, now I am settled in Kaliyakkavilai Tamilnad, we are travelling . on 27th Oct’13 morning myself, my wife with my 10year old daughter and 12 year son all are planned to reach Trivandrum station due to friends marriage.I had a bitter experience. The ticket rate in Rs.26*4=104/-. Honestly everyday i would give the exact change. On this particular day i forgot to keep change and hence gave Rs.500/- note and a 6 rupee change to the conductor. Immediately he spoke harsh words and told no change. I showed him my purse and told this is rare for me usually i do give change. Then he gave the ticket and asked me to collect the balance when i get down. Then when bus went near PRS bus stop which is the 2nd last bus stop for me, conductor came near by seat. I showed the ticket and asked for change. Again he showed his face and asked me to come and collect in his place. I did so. This is very harsh and no way related to customer service. Just because they are government servants, he is treating me as a slave. Speaking harsh words, commanding people etc... Is this the way the government staff function? If i spoke to him hard there, then the bus would have stopped. All the bus drivers and conductors would gather together and protest. Is this a democratic country? Dont we respect human beings? I would sincerely request the government officials to take strict action against this conductor. Iam Kasthuri, from Uppilipalayam, The ticket rate is Rs.9. Honestly everyday i would give the exact change. On this particular day i forgot to keep change and hence gave Rs.50/- note and a 1 rupee change to the conductor. Immediately he spoke harsh words and told no change. Dont we respect the human beings?I would sincerely request the government officials to take strict action against this conductor.

SEATING DISCIPLINE IN THE BUS:

In HOSUR, there are LOCAL GOVT buses running.
There they dont follow seating discipline.
Even Conductor is not bothering about it.

GENTS USED TO SIT and STAND in FRONT, BACK and EVERYWHERE.
There no seats are allotted for ladies.

Due to this LADIES ARE STRUGGLING to stand in mid of many gents.
Struggling to lift hands, struggling to stand in normal way.
Most of the gents are DRUNKERS, they look differently and touch ladies.
Ladies cant tell them anything, since they are drunkers.
Ladies should bear all these and travel.

This is one of the head ache added in passengers life those who travels everyday in the bus.

Please take immediate action, so that ladies can stand freely with ladies without the interruption of gents.
