Dear sir ,
i have purchased a tata ace vehicle for loading my goods but within 3 - 4 months after purchasing the vehicle of tata , the coil in tyres is broken and due to this the tyres is not in a condition to run a vehicle on road....
we have gone through the service to claim the tyre but they told us that the warranty is for only 10000 kms and our vehicle has run only 16000 till that date ,
therefore we have purchased new tyres and no claim has been given to us...
on the next coming service at 32000 kms for taking a insurance claim they change their words and told us that warrenty is for 25000kms and you have given on service on 32000kms ...
They are not listening to our complaints , please look into the matter and concern the same
