Those policy's are taken 8 months back at that time they are send all documents except of cashless cards hard copy. Several times with several phone numbers got from tata aig what ever the links were there that and all i had followed. Than also i had failed to collect the hard copy of the cards. This month 1st October, 2010. I had submitted closing letter at karkardooma delhi and with received copy. Than also they are debited amounts from my account. 11th October, 2010 again i had mailed to Tata Aig, Rksha Tpa and IRDA also, ultimate i am unable to get any response from the tata aig. If i will be loose this time again and again i will loose my amount from the my account. Please find the solution and do me the needful. I feel they are loosing my patience.
