[Resolved]  Tata AIG Life Mahalife Gold — Policy not received

Dear Sir



I have bought TATA-AIG MahaGold Life Plan through an agent advisor (Mr Naveen Bhati). Due to spelling mistake in my name, I had given back to the same policy pack, to the agent advisor, to rectify the errors.

The policy pack contains all correspondences i.e receipt, bond and other papers.

Now I don’t have policy number and any related documents.

The payment was made by credit card.

I have following two SMS details.



Date=15/10/2009
Sender = AD-HDFCBANK
SMS = HDFC CC 34618.00 in TATAAIG INS-BILLDESK

Please do the needful and kindly provide me the proper policy pack.
