I have cancelled my Tata Aig Maharaksha personal injury policy bearing policy no. MRP[protected], Cancellation no. 701192, but still i have got in my credit card bill the premium amount of Rs.761/-. First i was misguided and now you are again sending the bill as my policy have been cancelled. Please cancel the amount from my credit card as i am not going to pay for that. Thank You for everything

Tata AIG Health Plus — Policy documents not received after enrolling for One Month
To whom so ever, please be note that, my policies of Health insurance were made effective on 10/09/08 for the policies ITHC[protected] & ITHC[protected], FOR WHICH I RECEIVED CONFORMATORY SMS that the relevant documents were couriered, but till date i have not been received any documnets. Requesting you to look into the above & to clear. Its really fraud TATA AIG Maha Raksha ( Maha Dhoka), i was never told to continue the policy, i was trapped after the compliting the policy, again they are renew the policy with out my knowledge
Till today i.e from 8th Apr'08 to 4th Dec'08, I have been not refunded my payment after lots of call to TATA-AIG.
Really this are all big frods & I submitted all documents to RBI & Customer cell also.
Now they are handling my case againts such kind of Insurence company.

How will Private banks like ICICI, HSBC etc allowed private insurence company to deduct full anaul amount of policy from customer's Credit card account without confirming with the customer.Even then how can they put interest charges on customer then?
When some of customers like me asking for the document's that the Bank have for such kind of deal they didn't have or refuced.
After all tia-up between such kind of Bank & insurence company, Credit card holders has to suffer lot.

I have taken Maha Raksha Policy from TATA AIG and i am having this for past 2 years, This year i was forced to renew the policy by giving me additional benefit of FREE House Burglary policy etc. I received the policy document and didnt receive the FREE House Burglary policy document, i wrote a mail to TATA AIG Customer service, no reply and they charged my Credit Card the first installment. When i informed them that i want to cancel the Policy within 13 days from the receipt of the documents they informed me that they will charge 25% as cancellation from total premium payable i.e Rs 6218/-.
TATA AIG is a big Chor and fooling people by forcing people to buy this policy and then charging 25% for cancellation. This is really a MAHA Dhoka policy from MAHA Chor people. This is not expected from Business houses like TATA, they are spoiling there image and name.

I also received a call from mumbai and executive convinced me about minimum rental plan of 123 per month, I agreed and twwo times 123 rs debited from my hdfc credit card for two months but I have not received any document from TATA-AIG.Again i applied fron wesite abt the information and again i received a call from company I explained all thin person asked my date of birth and assured me that he get back to me in 10 minutes but he didnot called me.this happen two times.

agree. i got a call today. 1st and 2nd person told that all health issue except cold and fever r covered. they told that 3rd person (ccard verfier) will say its only accident policy and i shud not get confused. 3rd person indeed confirmed that only accident related hospitalization will be covered and that he is from tata aig and i shud believe only him. i refused at the 3rd stage and believe escaped the fraud.
I am myself suffering from thr fraud . I took a policy Master Policy # [protected] (IRBT[protected]) which on my request was cancelled and i was sent a confirmatory mail dated 18.02.09 4.58 pm but there has been deduction from my credit card till date for the same policy every month a sum of Rs 701/= . Any number of emails to them makes no difference . No body listens . I myself have worked in Tata Steel but never was taught this sort of ethics . It seems Tata AIG is headed by a big Thug/Chor .
Really very frustating . My credit card bank says that there is no way to stop the payment the payment but to discontinue this credit card and get a new one issued . Hopeless .

Hai!.. i am Janakiraman want to cancell my policy, as soon as possible. So please kindly accept my request. I have been suffering the same headache of MAHARaksha (MAHA Dhokha) for last three years now.
Both HSBC bank and TATA AIG are involved in this fraud. Regardless of numerous emails, faxes and even returning original policy papers just after getting them, they are very much interested in looting my money. Though I have not taken any legal action till date but it seems the last option now.
It would be really great if all alike people (sufferers) can come together and file complaint in consumer court for our rights and teach these crooks a good lesson.

I believe all the policies from Tata-AIG are similar to cheat and not beneficial to customer. Simply loot the customers as much as possible.

Maharaksha policy — Amount not credited back against cancellation
Sir,I have cancelled my maharaksha policy on Dec 13. But stii I didint get the cash from the TATA AIG. I have made the complaint several time, but when ever I call to the call center they will say your amount will be credited back within 2 days. They have given false promises like this 3 time. Still I didint get my money back and I am ended up paying 3 months interest to credut card.
My policy No: is IRMR[protected]
Who will pay me the interest i have paid for this amount. this is very disappointed.
