My self Hitendra Gadhavi and i am using Tata Docomo pre paid Sim card since last ~ 2.5 months.
I would like to complain following points.
1) My balance of Rs.30 was cut before ~ 1.5 months with out any intimation.
Service provider call center person said the charge was cut because you have activated the scheme of Magic SMS, but i have neither sent any message nor request any service provider personnel.
2) On 20/12/11, i received a sms from service provider that if i recharge with Rs. 299, i will get 299 talk time and 250 mb free Internet at the speed of 3G. I recharge the same but got only 299 talk time, not Internet usage. I had talked with service provider call center personnel many time after the same but either i could not get proper information or service provider call center personnel talked rudely and said that is the same and they can not do anything.
3) On 01/02/12 i got the sms from service provider that i have been charged Rs. 20 for activating Podcast on CAT preparation. I neither sent any message for activation of the same scheme nor request any service provider personnel.
I got a mail type of link on my cell phone and the link did not resemble that if i click the clink i will be charged, i clicked the click and charged Rs. 20 which is totally unacceptable. I have talked with Service provider call center personnel (Name: Jaypal Sinh) on 02/01/12 regarding the same but he was neither able to solve the query not transfer the call to his senior upon my request.
Please do the needful to over come these complaints,
