[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Balance Deduction

Sir/Madam,
My mobile [protected] Balance stilling every month.
There are no VAS and services acctivated. But service provider deduct as data usage. My handset is Nokia-1662.Customer care executive say me that after your double confirmation we activate this service.
I had delete SMScenter no, Any SMS cannot send. Then how they received confirmation. they are not refumd my amount Rs.25.34.
Please check record for my confirmation and help to refund above amount.
Every month customer care executive refund amount and say we have close all service and next time no balance will deduct.
Every time I have facing this problem.
How may people are facing this problem and they are not taken action to service provider.

I have not received any query from three of the complaints .please take genuine action against all of them or suggest me.
I'm Aravinth kumar using a mobile number [protected] from Karur, tamilnadu... Today(9.12.2015) morning I called to 5432160 to know the detail about buddy chat . but I not confirmed to activate the service, after call end I receive a message as u r subscribed and charged 20rs for 20 days(I'm also having call record of that I not confirmed ur baddy chat plan).. I'm not interested in buddy chat plan. So pls refund my 20.rs to me as soon and rply .. I hope you will rply as soon ... But your customers service action is too poor and your ratings is also bad and very few customer's has satisfied by ur service ...

I have recharged a std pack Rs41..i have jus made a std call NT even 1minute ...soon balance deducted to nil ...wht the is this??either you reutrn the balance or rechrge my account
My net was not working scince 23rd March to 1st April 2016. I have Complained so many time during this period bt response was very poor. So during this my net was disconnected. So dont send bill amount during period . I m very frusted with ur Custumer care service. I never seen like that they are not giving proper information about that.
