[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Online Recharge Failed

I tried to put an combo offer for Rs.36 to make calls at 30p/min through online
amount has been charged in my card, but still the plan is not activated.

Could you please check this ASAP and make it work?

This complaint is for failed online Recharge, twice on[protected]. Mobile No. - [protected], in the name of Milon Chaterji. The trainsaction codes are as follows
BIL/[protected]/INDIAIDEAS.COM LTD/TATADOCOMO_MIC for Rs. 100/- and
BIL/[protected]/INDIAIDEAS.COM LTD/TATADOCOMO_MIC for Rs 75/-

Please look into the matter and do the needful, either Recharge of Refund.

Hi,

This is Gyan Ranjan(Mobile No. [protected]). I recharged my Tata Docomo number using Axis Bank internet banking with a sum of Rs.150(Transaction Id:[protected], Order Id:[protected]C60 ) on 1st of Dec, 10. The bank's transaction status shows a successfull transaction but my prepaid number wasn't credited by the amount.

Kindly help in resolving the issue. If I require to furnish more details please notify in reply.

I recharged my Tata Docomo number using SBI internet banking with a sum of Rs.61(MSBI[protected]IG43567764 TRANSFER TO [protected] BILLDESK TRANSACTION A) on 7thmarch 2011 The bank's transaction status shows a successfull transaction but my prepaid number wasn't credited by the amount.

Tata Docomo — online failed recharge

I used tata docomo online recharge facility through netbanking. My SBI bank a/c is dedited of Rs -100 twice (total debited Amt Rs 200) but my mobile is not recharged .My mobile no is [protected] and my transsaction id is MSBI[protected]IG70083111 & MSBI[protected]IG70082661 On 3rd oct,2011

i wanted to enquire about the last trasnsaction that i did on 3rd oct of rs 110 top up in my 2g sim whose id is IG70102681.of which my balance was deducted from my bank but i didnt got balance in my phone.

I am tata docomo customer with mobile number [protected]. I have recharged through docomo website www.tatadocomo.com on 10th Oct 2011.special recharge of Rs.247/- ..and payments is done through icici netbanking. That recharge has failed..and when I visited ICICI bank website, there is debit of Rs.247/- Ihavn't got any recharge amount, but debit is done successfully. Please take this request into consideration and refund my money.

I always use the tata docomo to recharge my mobile and to pay the post paid bill. last Monday i recharged but that transaction failed i raised a complaint in tata website they sent a mail stating they will get in touch with me in within 48 hours. But till now no response from there side.
