[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — very bad Network service

This is Prashant Mahajan. I am using TATA DOCOMO since last 6 months.
From last two weak I am facing very big network problems. Even in Pune city I was not reachable on mobile. I had to bear loss of new job oppertunities.
TATA DOCOMO is not providing basic service to customer, by this way they will be lossing lot of customer. I am very upset to have this kind mobile service.

yes these docomo people useless.they r not providing basic service to its customers .iam also once docomo customer now ported to airtel.thak god iam happy now
I am A Raghava resident of Hyderabad

I got a call from one of the TATA DOCOMO executive to offer me a POST PAID connection.
I am convinced for what she explained
she said that "within 48 hours Ill make sure that your pre paid connection will get converted into post paid.
I have no problem even the process take more time. however the process took more than 7 working days. meanwhile i am soo confused to make recharge to my pre paid account.
by the time the post paid get activated, my pre paid sim which i am using got deactivated. But they did not gave post paid sim to me. so I am unable to use my phone.
I have many important works. so called them kindly to give me my sim.
they said come to koti we will give there.
I said "I cannot come there, I have some important works, my sim is not working that is the reason why i am asking you to give my sim otherwise try to activate my pre paid sim"
they said "come to koti otherwise collect your sim tomorrow we cannot do any thing, you can complaint or do any thing you want"
the girl called me said her name NANDINI [protected]
the executive came to me and collect money Rs 300/- and documents is G.Sampath Kumar [protected]

when i call in the helpline care they directly disconect my call without talking customer care.
through dialing *191# we can activate all gprs pack of tata docomo but from one month they dont give any response for this system
.
plz help me sir as soon as possible.

I am live in valsad Gujarat .My 1st Complaints is The tata docomo now give bad network in valsad . And they new plans .

From 22nd Jan 2012, Tata Docomo Customers Not able to access 3g network if they have done any 2g gprs pack recharge, this is very bad for all tata docomo customer .this my 2 st Complaints. my mobile number is [protected].

I took docomo no last 2 months but now i will convert my no to vodafone, becz your company always deduct my balance from your side & i have proof also. Please, to all indian people don't use tata docomo service, they always bad service providers and they are work like thieves, thieves robbs money directly, but Tata docomo company is indirectly pick pocketerssssssss... They are the bigger thievessssssssss

I bought a tata docomo sim for the purpose of internet. But it always shows roaming(Aircel). Then why i have to buy tata docomo. Due to this, my internet speed is very low and i have lost money. I have given complaints about this. But they give good response. I still have this problem.

I have been a loyal customer to your service for over 5 years now. I have 4 post paid connections -[protected], [protected], [protected] &[protected]Tata Photon). My typical combined bill amount comes to be around Rs[protected]. Despite many of my friends encouraging me to switch to other service providers, I stuck to erstwhile tata indicom & more recently to tata docomo. Most of the time I pay my bill well ahead in advance (you can check my payment history). But since 16th morning, my two post paid connections bearing nos [protected] & [protected] have stopped working. Later when i contacted Mr Sarkar of customer care service at 11.40 pm on 16th of May, I came to know that Rs 299 is due. No body from your company had the courtsey to inform me before snapping my connection. Mr Sarkar further did not log my complaint in the system. I am hurt & saddened by the series of events and I have decided to snap all ties with Tata Docomo/indicom for good after paying all the bills of this month. I will also discourage others also to avail your service. Plz do not treat any of your loyal customers in such a shabby way.

Its very sad to post my comment here, actually ur service made me to write this .Frankly speaking i hav'nt seen such a worse network in India .U say PAY wt u USE, bt v r paying without using the services . Y'day i got one msg saying u have subscribed for Astro services and RS 10 has been deducted from my Account .. This was happened without my knowledge .and this is not the first time its happening to me .. I was using Airtel B4 then i switched to Docomo .Airtel was far better than Docomo. Docomo has very poor network coverage in some parts of Bangalore ..I know u r not gonna read this n take any action, but i am writing this because i want people to take any other network other than this Blo**y netwrk. Donno if R.K is aware of this ..

I have asked the tata to close the account on 22nd july .Since they haven't done it.They can't trace the employee within their organisation who have called me and told that they are going to replace my device.

Still the account is not yet closed.but i am getting the mail regarding the bill payment.They are doing the day robbery.

This is Marrit K John.Im using tatadocomo sim of Bangalore -[protected].Today an anonymous call from CC asking something in kannada.Now I lost my 120/-rs .I want it back .I tell them no more offers.But they call me several times and deducted Rs 120 for caller tone without my permission.

Unnecessary deductions have been made on my number. its the second time the deductions have been made without any intimationAlso during first time the amount was refunded by the executive and a comitment was made that no unnnecessary charges will be deducted from my account..

Also executive named Sagar kept me on hold for almost 15 to 20 mins, infact it seems to be that the agents are sleepinig, which is really very disgusting from the part of service provider.When called on [protected] Mr. Harmeet disconnected the call without listening to my query. Kindly confirm why have you provided such numbers when you can even resolve the query of the customers.

The same has been forwarded to consumer court for the behaviour.I have also recorded the conversation with your executives regarding this as a proof.Will surely provide you the feedback that numbers 121 and [protected] are useless and no queries are resolved by the agents. Kindly refund the amount of Rs.30 on my account as i have no money to distribute TATA docomo for unnecessary needs.

Its not about Rs.30 being deducted from my account its about the commitment and loyalty which you should provide to the customers. Now (17th Aug 12 at 22.22) i am calling since 20.00 the number is getting disconnected, as i think my number has been selected in barred column in customer care. I m unable to reach any of the executives.

This is really a very pathetic, disgusting service from tata docomo's part. I would require the help of certain people whom i have marked in this mail and suggest me what can be done to avoid this kind of cheaters...

I have an idea connection.I DID mnp out to tata docomo.I submitted the documents on 7th sep2012.I got a massage from tata on 14th sep2012 they got documents, for mnp only take 7 days.But here already left 7 days nothing happened.Still my mobile number with idea.I have another idea and aircel number both numbers I DID mnp to airtel and bsnl.They taken only 4 days for mnp, on airtel I submitted documents on 4th sep 8th sep activated, bsnl submitted on 11th sep activated on 15th sep.I contacted with tata no response from there

I am customer of Tata Docomo from past 3 years since from last 4 to 5 months My facing problem that unnecessarily my balance is been getting deducted, when i call up helpline agents say that i have activated Value added service called bollywood hulchul and Ever green songs even tho which i have not subscribeed to some agents speak me very rudely and disconnects the call and when i have marked a mail to [protected]@tatadocomo.com they helped my out by refunding my balance to my account, again the same thing ks keep on repeating the packages keeps on getting activated & i have to send a mail then they will refund my balance i am fed up of this complains and i have requested to not activate any pack until i subscribe it without my knowledge the packages keeps on getteing activated
