[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Deducting balance

Hi tata docomo deducts my balance with any service. I want my all balance back

I am a TATA Docomo Customer from Coimbatore and my number is [protected]. On 31 Dec 10 , surprisingly , I got a message from TATA stating that you have activated flash SMS service and Rs. 30 has been deducted fro your account in this regard. Honestly, I have not even touched my mobile at that point of time. On inquiry with Customer care, The executive fooled me by making me deactivate the same flash SMS service with a promise that my money will be refunded immediately. My money has not been credited so far. The same thing happened with me two days back as well.

In this regard, please have thought upon how many poor persons in and around India who is not able to read and understand English must have been victimized by this cheap business tricks.

I would request you to kindly take suitable action against defaulters.

I am Mr. Amos S Shejao mobile no[protected]. yesterday i recharge my phone. No call have made . Balance remain 1:50. No response from costumer care.Please help me

I am a TATA DOCOMO customer. My Mobile number is[protected]. I am losing my balance from my TATA DOCOMO connection. On 1st april I lost Rs. 33.00 based on which I didn't get any notice. On 2nd april I lost further Rs. 5.00 for which I got a message that I have downloaded a Java Game. I swear, I didn't do that. Once earlier also I have come across this problem. This is the second time I am facing the same problem. They are really cheating the consumers. Only a few people are aware of this. And all those who are not aware of this might have lost a lot credits from their balance.
I request to take some actions against this issue and please help us, we the common people have no other options to approach. Please bring the cheaters out let them STOP cheating.

and not refunding back
Earlier it used to happen
but for small amount
which ignored
but dis time they deducted 63rs..

Deduction of money
i am a tata docomo customer with no. [protected] but few day ago you start "depression pack" and "internet or games so many reasons they are showing" on my number which service i never request to start and deduct sum of 98 rs . Due to that i did not make call on Diwali and new year and just spoil my Diwali and new year...
hi m tata docomo customer for last 2 years, my tata docomo number is [protected]. Now tata docomo deduct my balance without any information, they just send me a message thanks for downloading n deduct my balance even m not subsribe any service, when i call custmer care for refunding my balance they don't help me n says your number sent to higer officer n they decide we rufund ur balance or not.. Every month docomo do the same thing with me n they never accept their mistake even there call center worker make their own excuses... I just want my balance back right now n accept their mistake for deducting the balance

balance deducted even having the gprs booster... its has been deducted 2 times...

repeatedly money is being deducted from my main account without any reason.just now Rs5 has been deducted from my balance.when I called customer care they said it was for value added service which I haven't activated. please do something to stops this .this habithabit of them is getting into my nerves.losing money evry day is just not fun.kindly please look into this matter seriously

i have recharged with Rs.11-60min 3G pack on[protected]:05AM.. After recharging i connected to internet but it deducted my balance. I lost my 180 rs. balance due to your bad service.. pls Check this complaint and refund my balance..
The devotional portal anmol service activate from my number on 24 october 2014 time 10.30 for without my permission. My 50 rupees are deducted. My number is [protected]
