Hi Team,
I have purchased Tata Docomo SIM card from Divya Electricals, T.C. Palya, Bangalore - 49 on 16th Dec 2011 (Friday). On Monday I had come again to Divya Electricals and asked the person as to why my SIM Card is not been activated till yet. I saw my Documents were lying over there, He told me that the agent didn't come to collect.
From than onwards, I'd been going to him daily asking him why its not been activated till yet. He told that he had already submitted the documents to the distributer, but he failed to give the distributer address. I asked to atleast give him the number. He somehow called up and manage to give me the distributer number. I called up that number and asked them why my SIM not been activated till yet. First they replied that it will get activated tomorrow. I waited, the next day again I called them up and asked its not been activated till yet. I was shocked to hear there answer. They told me that you have to provide another document. I asked them the reason. they didn't give me proper response. I continuously called them, but they didn't picked up my call.
The reason for raising this complaint is because my documents ( Passport Xerox & Photo) are with them and getting afraid if it gets misused. All the details are given below:
