Dear Sir,
I am a Docomo GSM prepaid customer. I have DNd activated on my sim.
But since past some time I am experiencing wrongful balance deduction by the company. I receive message saying that certain pack have been activated on my phone and for the same my balance is deducted in various denominations depending on the balance available in my account.
When I tried contacting customer care they replied that since deduction is in excess of Rs 30 they can not process the refund as per company policy.
In all till date I have suffered a loss of approx Rs 2,250 /- due to wrong balance deduction by the company.
Today also there was a deduction of Rs 23 bringing the balance to NIL, but when I filed a complaint they apologized for the same and gave me the refund since it was less than Rs 30/-
I would like to know I there is any resolution to my problem
