Tata Docomo — Issue with Online recharge

Hi,

I Davendra Kumar Singhal made a online recharge of 135 rs on dated 7 Feb 2012 at my number [protected] through Citibank Internet Banking.

i was supposed to get a balance of 149 on that the recharge as per Tata Docomo top up plan available on their website, but Company activated some kind of GPRS services and giving 3 GB of data plan for a month.

i talked Tata Docomo customer care but they people even do not know what kind of recharge offer they are providing i also send a mail regarding the same but nothing happened.

With this mail i am sending the screen shot of Tata Docomo web link where 135 recharge options are given.

Various Detail Pertaining to Recharge are

Recharge Amount : 135
Recharge Payment Mode : Citibank online services
Recharge Date : 7 Feb 2012
