[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Illegal deduction of balance

Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Utpal Mandal and my mobile number is [protected]. Yesterday dated 23rd June,2012 Rs 1/- was deducted from main balance and when i was inquiring about this with the customer care executive,in the mean time again Rs 30 was deducted from my main balance.

Again when i contacted the executive he didn't provide me any details and instead transferred the call to his manager but manager never picked up the phone. In a sort i didn't got any reply to my complaint.

I would like to say you that this balance deduction is happening for the last 1 month continuously. I have a GPRS pack already activated so deduction due to internet use should not be the reason. Please provide me reason why this is happening and return my balance.

About a month ago, Rs 10 was deducted from my account for JOKES subscription while i had not sent any request for it. I called the customer care and first they disconnected the call and then when i called again, the person assured me that the problem will get fixed within 2 days but it didnt happen. Then, i didnt call again as i didnt want to waste my precious time for 10 rs. Now, a month later, Rs 5 has been deducted for cricket updates for which i didnt send any request. i called customer care again and talked for 13 minutes to Mr Ompreet Chauhan who couldnt handle the problem in any way. He said that it has been activated from your end and we can assist you only for activating and deactivating services. I am very angry. It is not a matter of just 10 rupees or 5 rupees but it is that when i never sent any request for any service why am i being charged for it!!!

I want an answer as soon as possible from the Docomo administration otherwise I am going to file a legal petition against TATA DOCOMO in the Consumer Court.

Go to hell with your cheapest plans.

If you cannot operate the company by fair and honest means, then shut it.

Tata Docomo — Illegally charged saying that I have used internet on my mobile

Hi, I have been charged illegally by the Tata Docomo service provider saying that I have used internet on mobile which I have not done, and when I immediately call them and ask them to take the complain they don't take the complain, and every time some person fakes me as if he the floor manager and avoids to take the complain. now my balance is completely robbed by them, and they don't want to take it seriously and try to sort out the problem, they ask me to send some message to the customer care, which do not work.

So I please urge you to look in to this corruption and sort out this issue, and stop this corruption.

Tata Docomo — Illegal deduction as a regular problem

Dear sir/Madam,

I am facing some seroius problem from this company whenever i recharge some big amount on my mobile number, they deduct it by giving some false reasons. I face similar problem when I recharge online from their website. They deduct twice the amount.

Please help me to get rid from such professional thieves.

Tatadocomo — illegal deduction money

Sir first of all i say my help line service(121or198) is block. And also from dely som mony didact from my account [protected] (my mobile number)from last six days

My name is Deepak Kumar and my mobile number is [protected]. Although i complaint earlier but i didn't get any feedback from yourside. I don't know what is the problem with this tata docomo.

I am facing issue again again. Yet in last 2 days 1 rupee/day has been deducted from my balance. I tried enquired customer care about this and they are giving the same old excuse some service are active. I don't how much will be deducted from balance. Still whenever i call 155223 number for deactivating the service, it still says that there are no active services in my account.

So please please it's a kind request that please help me on this.

Yes Rs 2 were funded to my account but again after that day also Re 1 each for 4 day were deducted. Do you have any good reason for that. You can check with the customer care history last time i have complained about the same in the morning 5 o'clock, i don't remember the exact date. Can you return that much amount to me??

Actually i think TATA Docomo is becoming Beggar day by Day that's why they are stealing money from their customers. And they have kept some customer care executive who have no knowledge other than saying "Sorry, you face difficulty we will help you" stupid . Lets see how far you guys can go in emptying customer wallet. If i am not wrong i think you guys will definitely cross the Reliance in this regard.

They have been deducting balance to profit themselves...but our tamilnadu people is contributing this thing by not caring abt it...
what happen to the complaint
