Tata Docomo — Deduction of rs. without availing any service

I have bought new tata-docomo number before 4 days.It was having rs. 30 balance in it and a gprs plan for 45 days with 1 GB data.I am not availing any other kind of service and plan but mentioned company is deducting Re 1 daily.5 days have has been and 5 rs has been deducted.I daily called to customer care everyone sitting over there says one thing only:"system mein technical problem h.4 hours baad call kre" 5 days has been passed but 4 hours has not been passed.It is my first experience with Tata-docomo but literally very bad experience.Very bad customer care service provider..kindly help me out I want to stop this deductions.
