Tata Docomo — Without intimation Caller tune activated

Company called me & asked for caller tune I was denied to activate but Without intimation Caller tune activated,
100 Rs. charged for Caller tune,
When Called up Customer Service Executive informed No charges applied for this service but when I received bill it is charged Rs.50 per no.
Now company person asking when u called & when u deactivated all silly que asking to me.
How customer can remind this things which has no value
