Tata Docomo — wrong deduction of balance

respected sir/madam,

My name is Tausif jalgaonkar and my mob no is. [protected], my complaint is against wrong deduction of balance. I recharged my number with 50rs and after sum hour when i check my balance its was minus by 30rs. I didnt use any vas or else. Its happen many times till now. So i want refund immediately, its head cracking thing, i am fed up of this thing so pls refund me soon. Or else i'll lodge new complaint same as it is.

this is to say that the named company tata docomo wrongly deducted my balance from my mobile no [protected].and to add more pain they even blocked me from calling the customer care.everyday other day new services are activated on my phone nd as soon as i recharge my phone they deduct the balance.initially some buddy chat was started,then comedy zone.and now that is on 2-8-11 some songbook.nd if i ask the customer care(whenever they unblock me) how to port my no furthermore he gives an irritating reply.do solve it fast.otherwise i'll approach consumer forum
sir my no is [protected] tata docomo company number no,on date 4/12/2011 my account balance is 36.74rs i have a message vocher send first sms at 1rs and 99message is free..when i send first message deduct my 1rs and after i send 98 message company dont deduct my balance but when i send next message than company deduct my 1rs..the total sending message is 100 but company deduct my 1rs in sending of 100th message..company say that 99messsage is free after sending 1message as 1rs but company give me only 98message why deduct 1rs for 99 message...total 98 message kie uske bad jb agla kia to 1rs deduct krlia jbki total 99message hi huwe the

sir my no is [protected] tata docomo no. last month msg vocher limit is 200msg per day free and in this month i rechrge with 49rs on 9jan 2012 and i send 100msg and after 100msg message chrge with 1rs per sms..company change his tariff as 100msg per day and after chargeble
company change his teriff and why are you dont inform me that vocher is change if inform me than i dont rechrge and i create MNP VIDEOCON mobile service provider

you will change your tariff other return me my 49rs..when i send PORT msg for receiving porting code company call me and say that please dont creat MNP we provide 200msg per day and extra balance and sikims to you for special vochers so i dont create mnp and in this month company change tariff 100msg per day without inform her custmers

sir i received a massage the msg is Hii you have subscribeed to Boss ka toss pack at rs5 till 13/01/2012

and deduct rs 5 to my main account balance.than i call to custmer care 121 and say this issue to reprasentative he rufund me my main balance rs 5.00

but i want to take a hardly action against him..why deduct main balance without my permission..i want to 150 rs refund me my account
