Tata Docomo — activating unwanted services

i was fed up with this service provider because every week they activated service named sangam on my number [protected] and every time i complaint or called customer care and request for deactivate this service on my number but they never response to me
now my last request is that please refund my balance of rs 17/- and i took port reference number and i will go for other service provider
i had done something wrong to became a customer of this service provider so in future i will not give any trouble to this service provider....
they had made a business by cutting balance from customers account...
so please refund my balance and further i will not give any truoble

i would like to take your attention directly to my problem.
I have been subscribed to some services like"THOUGHT OF THE DAY"
i have also been deduced rs 30 two times in the last 2 months..please unsubscibe it as soon as possible and try to recover my lost lost money
