Again, for I don't know how many times this has already happened, I got a call from this number [protected] while I was on another call. I was another call and hence did not pick it up. It went on voicemail. Then I automatically get a message saying that I have been charged Rs.120 for subscribing to the caller tunes service and that I have downloaded a song.
When I registered a complaint online, I specifically mentioned, that I recently recharged my mobile to keep my balance over Rs.399 to keep my Blackberry services on. At no cost did I want my emails to stop. So I asked this issue to be resolved on urgent and top priority basis. Instead I was given a time of 3 days for the resolution. Today, 11th February, my BB services have stopped because my balance came down to less than Rs.300 because of this massive balance deduction. Now I cannot use my BBM services and cannot send / receive important mails. I do not have money to make another recharge on my account. So, till 13th, I am completely handicapped.
This happens with me every month! Tata Docomo is the worst service provider! If you do not pick up their automated call, you can be automatically charged for any service. I suggest no one to buy or switch to a Tata Docomo connection.
