Tata Docomo — illegal deduction of amount

I have tata docomo sim . from last two days i am getting messages that thanks for browsing internet, and they are deduction 0.1 paisa per mins or in 5 mins, although i am not able to use it from last 10 days and to activate it i raised a service request with service request number "nwksr[protected]" before 10 days and i didnot get any satisfactory solution from Docomo .

i am very disturb from this service provider because i am lossong my balance and time without using any service . please look in to this .
