I made a online payment for online recharge of my mobile from tata docomo online recharge website, but after payment it showed that the transaction has failed. It was done on 30th December 2011. I made a complaint at there costumer care and got an assurance that the amount will be refunded within 1 week, then when it was not refunded, I again contacted them and then they said that they are not able to track the payment. I gave the transaction number which I got from bank as there was no transaction number generated by their website. I want to know by when will i get my refund in account or balance in mobile?
