[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Online Recharge

I recharged from tata docomo online banking site on 24/03/2012 ,01/04/2012...amounts of 30rs and 25 rs with the following transaction ids...MSYD[protected],IB FUNDS TRANSFER-[protected] from my syndicate bank online account. i didnt get the balance or refund so...please verify or refund the amount

I have recharged online on my TATA DOCOMO number 2 days before but i have not received the balance till now.
Even i have called at the customer care twice but no response from them also.
The amount of balance has been deducted from my debit card already.
I have already sent many mails at this email ID and also on [protected]@tatadocomo.com but still no response from tata docomo executives.
Really a very bad response never expected from such a reputed organisation.
I Recharge my tata docomo mobile Via Docomo Website Online .After Net Banking payment done .Rs 50 deduct from my bank account

But On tata docomo site Display Transaction unsuccessful & I not received my balance

after I Call to Customer Care but All say different thing .One say Wait to 48 hours. Another say I transfer call senior Officer but i wait to 15-20 min.No senior Attempt my call

One say send E-mail to docomo offficer

i have done online reacharge for tata docomo number [protected] through bill desk on 1-2-2012 .but that reacharge was not done.but amount will be deducted from my account.so please check for this.

I have tried to do online recharge of Rs 100 from http://tatadocomo.com/online-recharge.aspx. using my PNB debit card. But when i was doing the transaction then a warning displayed there that your entered information can be read by third party, its not secure. Do you want to cancel transaction. So i clicked at cancel option. As a result my mobile No [protected] was not recharged. But my PNB account is debited with Rs 100 and i have gotten no air time of Rs 100 from TATA DOCOMO. I have complaint so many times to Docomo customer care but they did not do anything.When i called PNB Customercare regarding this transaction then they given me a Transaction id 3D1565076 of that transaction of Rs 100. Please help me if you can.

I did a recharge of 100 Rs on : [protected] . throught my Online Banking(SBI) at around 4pm but to my surprise even though the money is debited from my account it is not credited to my mobile account.
what to do next to Get money back..

i am gayathri from pondicherry. i did recharge for 50 rs on 30/3/2012 at 01.00pm. i did recharge through internet banking, but my balance is not credited...
can you please verify and clear that account balance..

I tried to recharge online for docomo number [protected] via tatadocomo site..which inturn redirected to billdesk where I used SBI atm cum debit card...eventhough transaction was unsuccessful they managed to deduct money from account of Rs 110. The bank transaction ID was[protected] on 5.6.2012.

Why is it that online recharge of 3G smart life plan rs 250 is not available for some numbers? It is shown in the list of recharge options for old numbers but not for all new numbers.

i hope my point will be noticed by the authorities of TATA service providers!! I was about to online recharge my mobile number for rs.30 on 10th feb 2013.. But i couldn't find any debit card (maestro) related with INDIAN BANK which is one of the widely used banks in India.. And i found only sbi at the maestro debt card sections and no other banks i could find but i am having problem with sbi also bcoz maestro cord won't have expiry date and 3 digit pin, but it is asking for 3 digit pin and expiry date.. Hope the tata docomo service providers will take this as a point of concern when they get through this and i expect these things to be sorted out at the earliest.. Since it could help many users of a service provider. Though they give a wide range of coverage i m very much depressed with this issue.. Expecting to settle these things off soon..

I have recharged my tata docomo number (+91 [protected]) by online recharge offer from www.tatadocomo.com.

Recharge was for Rs 199 and plan written in the site is

500 mins STDLocal free for 28days
"Local/STD Tariff Voucher 199 0 177.11 12.36 30000 STD/ Local secs. (500 mins.). Validity : 28 Days""

transaction id MHDF[protected]



But I got the offer as local docomo calls free for 2500mins, which is not at all required for me.I opted the plan for STD use and got for local docomo usage.



When I called customer care service to check about my offer, i got a really bad response from them.

They are not supposed to refund the amount and said that all the plans are changing and its under process.If that is the case then why they haven't updated their site.Customers are not fools.They dint even provide the reference Id for the call.

Please help me to get my money refunded and take action for the irresponsible service provided by docomo.

But amount is not credited to my account yet. I tried to contact customer care more than 6-7 times from my no. & also from other no. but no response from them. Tata docomo is providing a worst customer service these days im really fed up from this connection.
