[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Service Activate without permission

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have using TATA DOCOMO no. [protected] and services is activated in my no. and deduct my balance without my permission. When i make call to customer care my service is deactivated but fund not refund.

Tata Docomo — Services are activated without permission

I am, Ankita Jadhav . I am using tata docomo from 2 yrs My mobile number is [protected]. A service is activated in my cell, named "Game Pack" yesterday. Due to this service, my balance is deducted by Rs.46/-
Due to this condition I am not recharging my cell. I called customer care several times but they did'nt listen me . Due to this service I lost many rupees .
So I want to do a complaint on "TATA DOCOMO" .
