and when i call in helpline care for gprs setting , automatically by pressing 3 1 ,,they said that ,the setting for ur mobile is not avialable in our system ...

Hi team.,Dear sir iam getting 2kb/ps internet speed from one week, my mob was full , i was also check Tata docomo automatic and manual gprs setting, iam also founding this speed from another device and number, in july 2011 ,it was amazing 37kb/ps ,now it going down and down ,ACCEPT MY COMPLAIN, HELP ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE..

, tata docomo going down and down for gprs speed, in july 2011, it was amazing ,37KB/PS, BY THIS WE WAS PLAYING YOUTUBE VIDEOS IN HD..but sadly it nt solve, so friend who are on 2g circle, i recomended to him to try AIRTEL,in village it also amazing here..it speed 25kb/ps ,u can play youtube videos live...

Tatadocomo — slow internet
From some days tatadocomo internet is working slow when asked to customer care they replied their is now problem. After few days when asked again they replied yes server is down and it will take 4hour to star well but after 4hour no change again slow. Then next day asked again in reply yes server is down and after 24hour it will work but the same problem no change slow slow...... whenever asked customer care about the problem they use to say no problem and they just send new setting or new dial up number . Next when I told I have give complain they just don't write and use to solve problem by sending new setting aur use to tell refresh your setting. Nothing works and customer care knows nothing always use to tell lies.Please help and take action immediately.

i have lodged complaint about slow speed of internet to tata docomo customer care but he hasn't settle my complaint upto now. 7 days has already been completed. tour requested to settle my complaint.i have talked on dated 22-june-2012 at 4:58pm shri Amrinder singh but he hasn't shown no response and he said that this issue is not related to this company.your requested settle my complaint immediately obliged.

i am using no of tata docomo in haryana distt. kaithal since 8-9 months. My address is VPO. Titram Distt and Th. Kaithal State Haryana Pin code 136027 . landmark is near jind road bye pass or near check post .It was told that speed of 2g internet will be 30-42 kbps but i am getting 2-4 kbps full day time regulary . i spoke to customer care regarding this many times, they also registered complaint and call me after 2 hours 4 hours that your complaint is resolved but the speed i am getting is still 2-4 kbps. Now if i call customer care they do not register any complaint and say that restart your phone and clear cookies will improve internet speed. And internet doesn't connect when we are in most need . i am facing this problem since 3 days, the speed is such slow that i can't use even 6-7 mb in last 2-3 days. And now they don't pick my call . dear sir/ madam i subscribe 33 net pack for 7 days but i lost my 3 day in these problems please short out problem

My address is multan nagar, near maliyana phatak, meerut, state -up, pin code 250002 . landmark is near bapu chhatrawas or near check post .It was told that speed of 2g internet will be 30-42 kbps but i am getting 2-4 kbps mostly 10 am to 6 pm at day time regulary . i spoke to customer care regarding this many times, they also registered complaint and call me after 2 days that your complaint is resolved but the speed i am getting is still 2-4 kbps. Now if i call customer care they do not register any complaint and say that restart your phone and clear cookies will improve internet speed. And internet doesn't connect when we are in most need . i am facing this problem since four months, the speed is such slow that i can't use even 200 mb in one month. please short out problem .

from last three days iam trying for the setting of internet on my mobile, for that iam sending sms INTERNET to 121 and 52270, every time they reply - "we have received your request you will get the setting shorthly on your mobile", and after that one more msg from 52270 says "the request cannot be proceed, try again later". pls solve my problem and send the setting on my mobile, i have samsung champ duos handset and it have internet facility.
