This is Aswin from thanjavur, tamilnadu. i want to register a complaint with tata docomo for deducting unwanted charges and also for poor network. I want to bring to your notice that i've been charged by the tata docomo unnecessarily many times for some useless services such as horoscope and magic sms for which i had not at all subscribed. when i wanted to unsubscribe for that i was said that i had not been subscribed to any of the services.
Secondly, i activated internet for my phone(Rs. 5 plan) but was not able to connect to the. i connected twice to their customer care representative and they asked me to clear all cache and cookies and also to reinstall the new setting. I also did the same. But still i wasn't able to connect to the internet. When i tried to connect to the customer care representative, i wasn't able to thereafter. There was a recorded message that our customer care rep is currently busy with other user. i would have tried atleast 2 times from my number but wasn't able to. But when i connected through an alternate DOCOMO number i was able to connect to the customer care representative. He asked me to contact the customer care representative from that number(for which i had been charged) and also gave me a number. Thereafter i wasn't able to connect to the customer care representative. This shows what sort of fraud they are. They are blocking my number purposely.
I've made three complaints with the customer care feedback service([protected]@tatadocomo.com) but there seems to be no response from them. They promised me to repay the amount which i had lost. But they didn't.... My complaint number is M6524581. Till now i would've lost atleast Rs.60 unwantedly.
