[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — internet

My net is not at all working properly initially when activate the net it works fine for 2days and stops working.From then on the problem starts it works on its own ill have the phone signal but the net doest work I called the costomer care more then 5times there is no proper action taken

internet is not working on my cell so plz give me a solution about this
Google applications will not work on TataDocomo. Error is that there is not a working data communications link. Also RSS newsfeeds do not update. These applications worked fine with Aircell. Why not TataDocomo?
THE COMPANY SAYS NET CONNECTION IS AVAILABLE AT PC THROUGH MOBILE. BUT IT CANT ACCESS TO PC BUT RUN VERY WELL ON MOBILE, I CAN USE LG KM501 .THE ERROR NO. IS 118.

I dont need your assistance and messages, just increase my speed as i mentioned above in my message. You dont commit anything and send these messages without resolving the customer problem, from where the hell you have learned that. increase my speed to 155 kbps as mentioned on your website, currently i am getting 10 time slower, 15 kbps. what the hell is this service, put customer service in your .
I have purchased Tata Photon Data Card No.Tata phuton-[protected] A/c No.[protected]. Since my purchase I am not able access the internet service and Tata Photon company is sending me bill and calling for payment. As I am not able to access the internet why should I pay for it.

my number is [protected], i took Tata docomo sim 10 days ago answer activated with internet pack but unable to connect to internet since then, i m using Samsung galaxy fit handset
since 7 days i m calling customer care care who are not responding correctly to my problem, when i insisted then to mote down complaint they are directly rejected my complaint and few days later they took my complaint and ha not received complaint details till now when asking orally given this no "nwk[protected]" i am ensure whether it is recorded, four days have already passes but no response yet kindly help me
i m very upset with the kind customer care and some of the customer care executives dis connected my call when asking details , i m fedup with this

Sir, today i pay Rs- 1000/- tatadocomo photone+ no [protected]. this is my mistake i want pay my photone no[protected] can i trasfer money from [protected] to [protected].peale check and repaly me.
I have contacted TATA photon internet customer care[protected], on Friday 26th oct.
i placed a request for a new modem based tata photon internet connection.
my contact details were taken by customer care executive and i was told that their representative will contact me and visit my place with said modem on said timing, next day..
i kept waiting..but no one contacted me or came to me.
i contacted the customer care again on Sunday 28th, the representative apologized and told me that their executive will visit me on Monday 29th and my contact details were again confirmed..
again on Monday i kept waiting for their representative but to my agony only...

now after a week on 04th nov i again contacted the customer care and asked about the status of my request placed on 26th oct... but to my irritating and painful surprise...representative told me that they dont have any request from my no. or by my name...

just disgusting !!!

on my no i make a recharge the recharge is success full but the features of recharge is not done...


many times i contact to customer care... but they are unable to sour out the problem ...

I'm a user of Tata Docomo, and i'm facing the internet problem for the last 4, 5 months. the internet is disconnected repeadtly and sometimes it will reconnect ... sometimes it will not... We the customers are paying money for using the facilities and we dont get the proper service back. i contacted your customer service rep and he s saying that, he do everything from his side... butt the problem still remains!!! kindly reply me and find me suitable solution...Mob no.[protected]
