I bought this Connection 8 or 9 Month ego because of Quality GPRS Service Providing by The Telecome Service. I was fully satisfaid about thier service. But Unfortunatly before 3 month Ago They lost it. Exactly from December The Downloading and page Opening Speed Turn to 3-5 kbps from 30 kbps. And after Evry 30 minutes its forced to Remove Connection from Connection Maneger. If i avod to Remove active connection and start again we are not able to surf anything. Gradualy Network availablity also taking a Bad Position. When the Tower is only 400 miter away from my Home. But this is not only my home nearest area. In the whole Region.
Area is - Sujapur, Block - Kaliachack I, Dist - Malda, State - West Bengal.
Several time i try to connect with Customer Care. Maximum time get end call without response. If some time success to reach them but not get suitable Answar. Many executive reffer me to anathar Number and when i attend the Reffered number, get similar respose for anathar Number. Its make me like a fool.
When i ask them to forward me to higher rank officer, never they did it. Even i asked for my complain id. They refuse to provide it. Whats happening?
Now a Days we have a smarter choise for our service provider, that is MNP. So finaly i decide to Port my Number to Voadfone and I Do evrything which is neccessery. But they did not transfar my number to Vodafone Even after 15 Days.
I lose my 44 Ruppess of MNP Prossecing charge for Unsuccessfull Transfar.
Pls Do Something or I will Try again The Porting as my possiblity. Was this information helpful? |
