[Resolved]  Tata Indica Car — ISSUAL OF RC BOOK OF CARS

RC BOOK OF CARS
i am not able to get the RC book of my car WB376337which has been transferred on my name . they issued a DAK RECIEPTwith validity 31.05.2012 . but still i have not got my RC BOOK . after contact at the office they replied that it has been sent to my address but on enquiry post office at panagarh bazar they confirmed that no such document is received from the motor vehicle dept. , asansol which makes me difficult to use my.


in this way i will be foo go forced to go for RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT

Tata Indica Car — car paint remove automatic

Respected sir, I allready file complent on dt.11/11/07 but till today no any action taken by you and recive any reply from you, why, if you not to able do any thing ,pl. tell me , i can repaint the car from my own pocket.and never write complent to you again.

Tata Indica Car — Non Receipt of No Due Certificate

Purchased one Tata Indica XETA V2 (Regd. No. WB 02V 7440) from Lexus Motors, Kolkata vide Order No. I 05061481 dated 29/4/06 and Customer No. 0566CS479.

Took loan from from Tata Motor Finance, which has been repaid/cleared in April, 2011.

Till date I have not received the No Due Certificate.

Kindly help/advise.
