i am planing to buy vista tdi .but after reading ur cooment i am totally feeling aback by tata motors.so now should i go for vista or ritz vxi...pls replyyy

I am sorry as you have had such an experience. I also own the same car. I bought it through the franchisee(Prerana motors in Bangalore). The experience i had with them is the worst i can say. I thought i made a big mistake by choosing TATA. But i had to change that opinion. I complained about my ordeal in their website and my complaint was attended within 48 hrs. I am very happy with their customer service.
I suggest you contact the company service centre and not any authorised dealers. As for the performance of the car, i think its really fantastic. I get a mileage of 14km/lt in city without AC.

I purchased a Indica Vista Tdi Aqua on 24th April '09. Since the day I purchased the vehicle from Roshan Motors, Jaipur, Rajasthan, I am facing following problems:-
1.Gear noisy
2.Power Stearing noisy while turnings,
3.Wheel Alignment.
I'd approached the authorised dealer for rectification of above problems.The Service Engineers couldnt rectify the problem even after they had changed the Gear Housing Control Assembly.The Service Center gave me a written letter that they are unable to solve this problem. I shall be obliged if you kindly look into the problems mentioned.

i sri bhaskar chandra mohapatra from bhadrak district of orissa. i had purchased a indica vista aqua tdi from swpna motors, bbsr, orissa on month of may 2009. but i am facing lot of problems from last 6 to 8 month. headgasket has been changed twice within last 8months. engine problem indication has shown on display board, starting problem also. i had contacted with swpna motors, but not got satisfied answer. i harassed about that mater. pls help me.
